REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY:

We understand items may not fit and you may need a smaller or larger size. We ask you mail the order back within 5 days of receipt delivery in order to get merchandise credit.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses (Custom Cuts), bodysuits, bodysuit sets, mask, any sets including a mask and all accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to ITMOB & restocking fees.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. ITMOB diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

If your order does come damaged, please take a photo and attach the photo along with order details to our customer service at customerservice@itmobeauty.com. 

WHEN MAKING AN RETURN:
1. Contact In The Manor Of Beauty using the contact form Tab below within 5 days of tracking delivery receipt. (The date logistics states delivery)
2. In the form include your 4 - 6 digit order number and the reason of return.
3. Please allow 24 hours for a response to email from In The Manor Of Beauty for the accept or decline of return
4. Upon an acceptance you will receive a shipping address to ship the item back to In The Manor Of Beauty and provide tracking number via email.
